Bacha Re Bacha Youth Forum (BRB) is a Non-profit and Non-Governmental Community Based youth development Organization. BRB is a youth network organization which exists to transform communities through youth capacity building and empowerment in the following thematic areas, i) Youths and democratic governance, ii) Youths and Health and ii) Sustainable Livelihoods. BRB is a registered organization with the Kingdom of Lesotho under the Societies Act of 1966. The organization, through financial support from The Global Fund, through Ministry of Finance and Development Planning – Project Management Unit (MOFDP-PMU), is implementing Community Led Monitoring (CLM) in 6 Districts of Lesotho namely Leribe, Botha-Bothe, Mokhotlong, Thab-Tseka, Quthing and Qacha’s Nek.

| A | Finance and Admin Manager. Fixed Term | Purpose: The Finance Manager (FM) will play a critical role in partnering with the management team in strategic decision making and operations of the organization in its commitment to enhance its quality programming and capacity building in various areas. Promotes and supervises staff’s observance to the organization’s mandate and values systems, their alignment with finance management policies that embraces professionalism, transparency, and accountability, and that enforce compliance with international accounting standards. Qualifications: Minimum of a University degree, ideally with a master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related degree in the related field. Professional accountants must have Chartered Accounting Certificate. At least 5 years of overall professional experience; ideally two-plus years of broad financial and operations management experience in a Non-Profit Making Organization. Ability to translate financial concepts to – and to effectively collaborate with — programmatic and fundraising teams who do not necessarily have finance backgrounds. Technology savvy with experience in Sage One accounting package.Must be below 35 years | Maseru Office | D1 |
